central transportation access, nearby grocery store, Toyota Car Rental convenience
The room could feel more fresh instead of vaguely smoky!!! A little more effort in cleaning would elevate the overall experience. The lack of character in the decor makes it feel slightly bland!!!

We enjoyed the lovely breakfast every morning, featuring a mix of traditional Japanese dishes that kept things fresh and exciting. Plus, the proximity to the shopping mall and 7/11 made it super easy to grab snacks and meals. Our dog felt right at home too!
My kids wished for a designated play area for children.

The hotel is well-positioned near the train station, making travel convenient. Rooms are clean and functional, although a bit small. Breakfast was enjoyable with plenty of options, but the bathrooms could use modernization. Overall, it’s a solid choice for a comfortable stay without luxury frills.

Convenient Location for Travelers
Our 5-night stay was enjoyable, especially with the nearby subway access and various dining options. The staff were incredibly welcoming, leaving a memorable impression. For those needing to connect online, bring your own pocket Wi-Fi, as the hotel internet can be unreliable during peak hours.

Absolutely worth it for families
The staff were supportive when my daughter had a medical emergency, they really stepped up. The room had a mobile phone with unlimited internet which was a lifesaver for planning during our stay.
It wasn't exactly inexpensive, but considering the support we got and the facilities, still acceptable.

Had a fantastic time with friends at this hotel! We explored Kamakura and Shibuya easily thanks to the nearby train station, which is just a short walk away. The room was larger than most we’ve seen in Tokyo, and the breakfast offered plenty of healthy options. Definitely a great choice for any group trip!
We struggled a bit with the air conditioning, which made for uncomfortable nights since we couldn't sleep with the window open due to the nearby train tracks.
