The hotel is a fabulous base for a trip in Kawasaki. Its rooms are well laid out and brand-new, had a really really nice stay for international travellers. Very very helpful and particularly helpful staff, the breakfasts are abundant for all tastes. This property offers comfy and perfect location close enough to transport, and Hachioji.

It has cooperative, accommodating staff. The ambiance is special. The breakfast has rich options with Western options, delicious Japanese selections and also Western food.

Location not far from a major train station with express lines to major Tokyo stations and Narita Airport.

My moderate double room was silent for big beds. Hotel's location was comfortable, near the subway station. Moreover, it's just off the JR train stations, and trains running to central Tokyo & Yokohama as well as the Narita Express.

The hotel location was excellent and perfect right next to a JR train line. Our rooms were beautifully maintained and well-organised, with comfortable bed.

Convenient Location and Exceptional Service!

I was amazed by the convenient location of this hotel. With the Narita Express stopping at the nearby Musashikogusi station, getting around was a breeze. The hotel's proximity to multiple malls made finding something to eat just a short walk away. The rooms were clean and organized, offering a comfortable stay. I was also impressed by the exceptional service provided by the staff. They were always ready to assist me with any inquiries or needs I had during my stay. I highly recommend this hotel for its convenient location and exceptional service.

Reasonably priced breakfast for all tastes and with outstanding food available. Good-sized and brand-new room complete with TV and good bathroom, as example.

I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at Richmond Hotel Premier Musashikosugi. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the train station. The room was clean and comfortable, and I especially appreciated the free cell phone service that made navigating the city so easy. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast, although a bit overpriced, was very good. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a memorable stay in Tokyo.

Spent 5 nights here with my friend, had a very nice stay overall. The beds were exceptionally comfortable and the room was good-sized and beautifully maintained. The bathroom was clean and it had a shower, hairdryers and a bidet for my convenience.

Loved our rooms with good use of space. The stuff were friendly and the services were excellant.

Conveniently located near train station with direct access to major Tokyo stations and Narita Airport. Ample rooms with necessary amenities and a handy phone. Breakfast included with wide variety of options. Nearby shopping malls and supermarkets provide easy access to necessities.

The breakfast was rich, the check in was efficient. We were given a silent and practical room with a massage chair and Internet and decent views. The atmosphere created was special.
